Admissions steps and requirements vary by grade. Please read below for details surrounding your child’s grade. Contact our Admissions Team with any questions. Our Lower School campus serves TK – Grade 5 while our Upper School campus is home to Grades 6 – 12. Below, you will find an overview of our admissions steps and requirements. Submit an application.

Complete & submit an online application Required

There is a $100 application fee when you submit your application. Join the interest list to be notified when applications are available.

Teacher Recommendation Letters3Step 3

Provide teacher recommendation forms to your child's current teacher(s)Grade 1 if Available, Grades 2 - 9 Required

You will be able to download fillable PDFs of both the math and English Teacher Recommendation Forms in your application. You can also send them directly to your child's teacher's email address. As listed in the instructions of the recommendations, we do not accept documents from parents. All recommendations must be sent from the teacher to the Admissions Office directly.

Transcripts & Student Records4Step 4

Submit transcript request to your child's current school Grades 1 - 9 Required

You will be able to download a Transcript Request Form in your application. This form requests your child's current school send us a current year report, along with the last two years. As listed in the instructions of the request form, we do not accept documents from parents. All transcripts must be sent from the school to the Admissions Office directly.

Student Evaluation5Step 5

Register for a Play Date or Entrance ExamRequired

Students applying for TK - Grade 1 will register for a Play Date. Students applying for Grades 2 - 9 will register for a BASIS Independent Schools Entrance Exam. Both of these evaluations allow us to meet and interact with your child and determine if they are ready to join our program in the grade they are applying for academically, socially, and emotionally.

Family Meeting6Step 6

Register for a Family MeetingRequired

All applicants along with at least one parent or guardian are required to attend a 30 minute Family Meeting. This meeting is a chance for us to meet your student, ask questions about their specific interests in school, and get to know them a bit more in a one-on-one setting.
